Freshen Up Package
2 hours of personalised postpartum support can include a few things such as:
Kitchen or bathroom cleaned, floors done, laundry washed/folded, bed linen changed for a fresh sleep space.
Dinner prepped and/or lunch made. Grocery pick-up or click & collect errands managed.
Your child cared for so you can everything shower, nap, eat, exercise, or we could even assist you at appointments eg: physio.
Toddler play and engagement to keep them happily occupied.
Assist with making time for movement/walks for yourself (or we could take out your dog if you’d like!) to reset your body and mind.
Emotional support, a listening ear – a safe space to share your thoughts and have raw conversation.
Sharing of local resources and networking with related local services.
By the time we leave, you’ll feel lighter, refreshed, and cared for by your village.
