We’re thrilled to share that Postpartmum is an approved vendor with Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ), a Ministry of Social Development initiative, providing funded and subsidised in-home support.

Who Can Access This Support?

You may qualify for Home Help if:

You may qualify for Home Help if:
1. You are either:
– A New Zealand citizen
– A permanent resident
– Living in New Zealand with plans to stay here
2. And you either:
– Have a multiple birth from the same pregnancy
– Adopt 2 or more children from the same pregnancy
– you’re struggling to manage your home and need domestic support

Note: If you have or adopt twins, you must already have at least one child under 5 years old.

You may also qualify for Home Help if there’s a domestic emergency, provided you:
– Have no immediate family or household members able to help
– Hold a valid Community Services Card (or your partner does).

Step 2: Discuss Your Needs
A case manager will assess your situation and explain how they can help.

Step 3: Complete a Form
You’ll need to fill out the ‘Home Help Payments’ form (click here to open the form)

What happens next?

1. If your application is approved, you’ll be able to book directly with us via our online booking system.

2. WINZ typically subsidises support at up to $27/hour. Any additional costs will need to be covered by you – reach out to us for details.

3. For each session, we’ll assist you with completing the required timesheets using our approved vendor details. You’ll fill out your section, we’ll complete ours, and you’ll submit the timesheet to your WINZ case manager.
