The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person who logs on to this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of New Zealand. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Independent Contractors

Postpartmum Ltd may engage employees and/or independent subcontractors to deliver services. All subcontractors engaged by Postpartmum Ltd operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the Company.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Client and any Postpartmum team member.

Postpartmum Ltd retains full discretion over the allocation of team members to bookings.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Postpartmum, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Postpartmum Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate or advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, Postpartmum and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Postpartmum. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Postpartmum for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide a safe, hygienic, and respectful environment for Postpartmum team members to carry out services.

The Client agrees to disclose any known hazards, health risks, aggressive animals, or other circumstances that may affect the safety of the team member prior to the booking.

The Client is responsible for ensuring children and pets are supervised appropriately during service delivery.

Failure to provide a safe working environment may result in the immediate termination of the booking.

Refund Policy

Booked Appointments

Full refund requests must be made 7 days prior to booking. Late cancellation results in a 50% refund only. Rescheduling as a result of sickness with less than 7 days notice is free of charge as we understand that sickness is a part of our life.

To request a refund, please email us at hello@postpartmum.co.nz with your booking details and reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.

Requests made after the applicable cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will review it and process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Changes to Refund Policy

Postpartmum reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding our refund policy, please contact us at info@postpartmum.co.nz. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. If you do not agree with any part of the policy, please refrain from using our services.

Limitation of Liability

While Postpartmum Ltd takes all reasonable care in the delivery of services, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its services.

Any concerns regarding damage or loss must be reported to Postpartmum Ltd within 24 hours of the booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Force Majeure

Postpartmum Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
