Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Refund Policy

At Postpartmum, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to request a refund for a booked appointment, please review the following policy:

Booked Appointments:

  • Full refund requests must be made 7 days prior to booking. Late cancellation results in a 50% refund only.
    Rescheduling as a result of sickness with less than 7 days notice is free of charge as we understand that sickness is a part of our life.
  • To request a refund, please email us at hello@postpartmum.co.nz with your booking details and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds:

  • Once your refund request is received, we will review it and process the refund within 7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Changes to Refund Policy:

Postpartmum reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
